Fimatrip Global S.L., registration number ESB44898096, with its registered address at 26 Almirante Cadarso Street, Valencia, Spain, provides assistance with preparing and submitting the Taiwan Arrival Card (“TWAC”) and related travel support services through taiwan-twac.com (the “Site”). These services are governed by these Terms of Service, as updated from time to time.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or modify these Terms at any time. If we make any changes, we will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date shown at the top of the page.
Unless the changes relate to new service features or are required to comply with applicable law, revised Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after publication. Changes related to new features or legal requirements may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
When using certain services, you may also be required to comply with additional terms applicable to those services, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy available at https://taiwan-twac.com/privacy/. All such additional terms are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
The Site is privately owned and operated. It is not a government entity and is not operated, affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Taiwan government, the National Immigration Agency, or any other government authority.
The official Taiwan Arrival Card can be submitted free of charge through the National Immigration Agency’s official website at https://twac.immigration.gov.tw/. Any amount charged by taiwan-twac.com is a professional assistance service fee and is not a government fee.
Service Rules
taiwan-twac.com is not responsible for changes to the rules or requirements relating to the Taiwan Arrival Card or for any delays or losses arising from such changes.
taiwan-twac.com is not liable for any expenses, losses, or costs arising for any reason, including but not limited to changes to travel arrangements, interruption of travel, travel restrictions, or travel prohibitions.
This limitation applies to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages, including loss of profits. Under no circumstances will the liability of taiwan-twac.com exceed the professional service fees actually paid for application assistance, passport information review, photo processing, or other related services.
Service Delivery Times
taiwan-twac.com will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery and processing times displayed on the Site. However, we do not guarantee completion or delivery within any specific period.
taiwan-twac.com is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, war, hostile actions, civil unrest, strikes, acts or omissions of government authorities, or delays and outages affecting official websites or the official TWAC system.
taiwan-twac.com is not responsible for the actions or omissions of government authorities, officials, or representatives in Taiwan or any other country.
Any processing times displayed on the Site for TWAC submission assistance, passport information review, or photo and document support services are estimates only. taiwan-twac.com does not guarantee the accuracy of such estimated processing times.
All official TWAC requirements are determined by the relevant Taiwan authorities and may change without prior notice. Although taiwan-twac.com makes reasonable efforts to provide current information, we do not guarantee that the information is complete or accurate and accept no liability arising from reliance on such information.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only in accordance with the following standard refund rules.
If an application has not been reviewed by our team and has not been submitted to the official TWAC system, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the professional service fee paid to taiwan-twac.com.
If the application review has already started or been completed but the application has not yet been submitted to the official TWAC system, the professional service fee is non-refundable because the review and processing service has already been performed.
If the application information has been submitted to the official TWAC system or submission has been confirmed, no refund is available.
In the rare event that the official TWAC system does not accept a submission for reasons outside the customer’s control, or submission cannot be completed because of an official requirement, taiwan-twac.com will provide 100% of the professional service fee as credit toward a future order.
If an application processing error is caused by taiwan-twac.com, we will provide a 100% refund of the professional service fee and reprocess the application at no additional charge.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment service provider and financial institution. It may take up to 10 business days.
To request a refund, please email info@taiwan-twac.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Key Definitions
Professional Service Fee: The fee charged by taiwan-twac.com for reviewing the customer’s TWAC information, preparing the submission, and providing assistance with submission to the official system.
Official TWAC Application Fee: Direct submission through the Taiwan National Immigration Agency’s official TWAC system is free of charge. Any amount charged by taiwan-twac.com is a private professional assistance service fee and not a government fee.
Terms of Use
User Conduct
You are responsible for all content uploaded, published, submitted, or displayed through the services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, audio files, and photographs.
You agree not to:
(a) use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable data protection, privacy, or export control laws; or
(b) modify, hack, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or any of their components.
When submitting TWAC information to us, including passport details and images, you must promptly verify that all information is correct.
As a general rule, the passport must remain valid for at least six months from the intended date of arrival in Taiwan. Travelers remain responsible for checking the specific passport and entry requirements applicable to their nationality and entry status.
TWAC submission confirmations and related documents will be sent by email and, where applicable, made available through the customer account. taiwan-twac.com is not responsible for non-delivery caused by spam filters, an incorrectly entered email address, or problems with the customer’s email service.
Payments
A professional service fee may be charged when you use the services. You represent and warrant that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the relevant payment method.
If your payment information changes, including your billing address or payment card expiration date, you must update the relevant information.
Any payment dispute must be submitted within 60 days of the transaction date. Subject to applicable law and the terms applying to existing orders, taiwan-twac.com reserves the right to change its prices and issue invoices for its services.
false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is provided;
instructions relating to the TWAC submission or related assistance services are not followed;
information or documents required for submission are not provided within the required time; or
the customer does not meet the applicable requirements established by the Taiwan authorities.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
The services may be cancelled if:
If the services are cancelled, the professional service fees charged by taiwan-twac.com for work already performed are non-refundable.
Disclaimer
taiwan-twac.com is not responsible for:
decisions made by the Taiwan authorities regarding permission to enter or refusal of entry into Taiwan;
failure to complete a TWAC submission because of inaccurate or incomplete information;
cancellation or invalidation of previously submitted TWAC information by the relevant authorities;
delays caused by the Taiwan immigration authorities or the official TWAC system;
refusal of boarding caused by discrepancies between passport information and TWAC submission information;
use of the services by minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian; or
errors in personal information submitted by third parties.
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. taiwan-twac.com does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for the customer’s expectations.

By using the services, you agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
