After a customer completes the application form on our website, the information is reviewed by a specialist. Once the review has been completed, the application is submitted through the Taiwan National Immigration Agency’s official TWAC system. Submission confirmation is then sent to the customer’s registered email address.

The TWAC is an online arrival declaration rather than a visa application requiring advance government approval. Our pre-submission review helps reduce common errors, such as incorrect passport numbers, inconsistent travel dates, or missing information.

However, we cannot guarantee a traveler’s admission to Taiwan. The final decision on admission is made by the relevant Taiwan authorities during immigration inspection.

TWAC Application Assistance

When a customer chooses to use our service, the following information may be reviewed before submission to the official TWAC system:

After the review has been completed, the application is submitted to the official TWAC system. The customer will receive confirmation information and relevant instructions by email after submission.

If submission cannot be completed because of a processing error caused by taiwan-twac.com, we will refund the service fee in accordance with our Refund Policy and, where appropriate, reprocess the application at no additional charge.

Application Service Fee

Our application assistance fee is clearly disclosed.

The one-time fee for our professional application assistance service is USD 45.

This amount is a private service fee charged by taiwan-twac.com for information review, translation, form-completion assistance, and support with submission to the official system. It is not a government fee, and direct submission through the official TWAC website is free of charge.

There are no hidden additional charges. The total amount applicable to the order will be displayed on the payment page for review before the customer enters payment information.
